Customer Care

Lobo Luxe goes to great lengths to source high quality unique jewellery pieces; the nature of designer jewellery is that it can be part of a limited edition or due to the popularity of the piece – stock might run out quickly.

A lot of care is taken to ensure all items that are available for sale on Lobo are in stock.  It is unlikely that the piece you have ordered is out of stock, however if this happens we will notify you within 24 hours of your order and advise you of the estimated delivery time.

Some items are sold as custom or special orders this is clearly indicated in the description of the piece with an estimated delivery time , please contact us for an estimated delivery time before ordering.

A lot of care has been taken to represent the jewellery items accurately, given the nature of hand-made, unique jewellery pieces, items may vary from piece to piece.

All prices on Lobo Luxe are indicated in Australian dollars and include GST. International shoppers will have the GST removed during the payment process.

Every effort and care is taken to ensure that the prices on the website are current; Lobo Luxe retains the right to update prices on items from time to time.

Ring Sizes

Ring sizes on the web site are represented in US and Australian ring sizes, dependant on the designer.  Paper templates to assist in ring sizing have a large margin for error so we have not provided you with this tool.  Please contact Lobo Luxe by email and we will be happy to send you a free ring gauge to determine your ring size.

Tips for Measuring Your Finger

  • Do not measure your finger after long immersions in water, straight after exercise, after applying moisturising cream or extreme temperatures – you will possibly get an inaccurate measurement;
  • Make sure your hands are at room temperature;
  • Try not to wear any rings on the finger to be measured for at least 2-3 hours before measuring;
  • To measure just move the ring gauge over the knuckle, the fit should be snug but not tight.
  • Typically with wider rings it is suggested that you go up to 1/2  to 1 full ring size.

Bangles that are stocked by Lobo Luxe are an average size.  Below you will find a list of sizes for bangles, to ensure you get the size right for you, all you have to do is measure the inside of a bangle that fits you well.  See diagram below:

Care of Your Jewellery

Here are some simple tips for keeping your jewellery looking its best for years to come:

  • Avoid perfume or hairspray on your jewellery;
  • Remove jewellery prior to gardening, cooking, exercising, showering, swimming or any aquatic activity – especially chlorine;
  • Keep jewellery in the pouch and box it was purchased in, or in an airtight container, away from other metals and stones to prevent, tarnishing and scratching;
  • Do not place excessive strain or pressure on any jewellery items;
  • 23ct gold leaf is delicate, the less it is touched, guarantees the longevity of its look.
  • NEVER rub or put any chemicals onto gold leaf.
  • Gold vermeil is an overlay of gold over a base of sterling silver or bronze. Gold vermeil jewellery requires special care. NEVER use chemical cleaners on gold vermeil jewelry–it can strip the gold finish. It is natural for gold vermeil jewellery to tarnish with time—it adds character to the item and makes it as individual as you are;
  • The blackish color of oxidized sterling silver is a special treatment that is achieved by careful processing . With time and with wear, the color of the oxidized metal may lighten a bit—this is a natural and organic occurrence.  This is more noticeable on chains with pendants and rings. If you attempt to clean oxidised sterling silver with a cloth or chemicals, it may strip off the oxidised finish;
  • Have your jewellery checked and cleaned by your local jeweller every few years.
